At SASHÉ ADORNMENTS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and personalized/custom jewellery
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or wear

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered
  • Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
