Eligibility for Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings and personalized/custom jewellery
- Items damaged due to improper handling or wear
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
Return Shipping
- If the issue is due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered
- Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
